Our Mission

We at St. Jude are called to be a Family of God in Christ. Through His sacrifice, Jesus makes us sons and daughters of God the Father. Our love returned to Him creates a vertical relationship similar to the vertical beam of the Cross. Likewise, Christ makes us brothers and sisters to one another, and this reciprocal love creates a horizontal relationship similar to the horizontal beam of the Cross.

In this way we strive with God’s grace to grow beyond our individual self interest, to become salt, light, and leaven in the world around us. Thus, we begin to make Christ’s dying and rising real in our lives.
